Fennyx AI
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
Fennyx AI (“Fennyx”, “we”) builds AI phone answering and front-office systems for home service businesses. This page explains what we collect when you talk to Ava, book a call with us or visit fennyxai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@fennyxai.com.
What we collect
When you talk to Ava on our demo line or in your browser:
- A recording and a written transcript of the call. Ava says the call is recorded at the start.
- Anything you say on the call, such as a name, address or the issue you describe.
- The phone number you call from (phone calls), and the email address you give us if you ask for the call summary (browser calls).
When you book a setup call: your name, shop name, work email, phone number, the time and time zone you pick, and anything you add about trucks or notes.
When you visit the site: your IP address is used to stop abuse (for example, too many calls from one place). We keep only a scrambled version of it, for about a day. Cloudflare Turnstile, the quick “are you human” check, looks at basic browser signals to tell people from bots.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or rent your information.
How we use it
- To run the call and send the summary email you asked for.
- To confirm and hold the call you booked, and to phone you at that time.
- To answer your questions and follow up about our services.
- To review calls so Ava answers better, and to keep the service safe from abuse.
Who helps us process it
We use trusted service providers to run Fennyx. They handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Voice and phone: Vapi (calls and recordings), Deepgram (speech to text), OpenAI (language model) and ElevenLabs (Ava’s voice), plus our phone carrier.
- Website and security: Cloudflare (hosting, the Turnstile check and short-term storage).
- Email: Resend, which delivers call summaries and booking confirmations.
- Contacts: Supabase, where we keep our list of demo contacts.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep call recordings, transcripts and booking details only as long as we need them for the reasons above, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Abuse-prevention records expire on their own within about a day.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, including call recordings.
- Tell us to stop contacting you.
Email info@fennyxai.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law; we’ll honor them.
When we answer calls for a business
When we run Ava for a home service business, we handle its callers’ information on that business’s behalf and under our agreement with it. If you called one of our clients, you can also contact that business directly.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Security
We protect information with access controls and keep our service keys on our servers, never in your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t share payment card or other sensitive details on a call.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
